Small Group Bootcamp classes 10 people at a time

8 Weeks Group Classes 20 people at a time

The following of the 8 WEEK GROUP CLASSES or PRIVATE GROUP will also run on WHATSAPP for group support.  Twice a week we meet in Manhattan New York for our group classes that will keep you moving for 45 minutes plus a 15 minutes abs workout and cool down.  This challenge is a 2 months challenge once a month we will meet in group setting to discuss our challenge(s) and our progress.

WEEK-1
On the 1st session will be a meeting for your fitness assessment such as: Weight-in, measurements, private goal setting, grocery list,a fitness assessment sheet and last but not least getting to meet each other.

Group discussion: About our 1st week did you find it challenging or easy?  If you prefer to speak in private that’s certainly fine after the group talk.  I will conduct a ” DANCE OFF THE INCHES” which is a very BEGINNER CLASS think party time. Class is 45 minutes + a 15 abs workout and a stretch.

It’s a lifestyle: Do you think that will be a new life style for you ? I suggest not looking at it like a diet, but as a new life style that will make you feel good about yourself.  The 1st step is make a decision on doing it for yourself and not for anyone else. The minute you make it about you that’s will you will succeed with your goals.

Now, that you know how to eat clean for your new lifestyle; now you may join my “DANCE OFF THE INCHES” TWICE A WEEK FOR BETTER RESULTS.  I highly suggesting joining the group on WHATSAPP for moral support.  There you can share you pictures while at the gym your meals etc you will also receive a grocery list and a customize meal plan base in our conversation.
