CLASSES DESCRIPTION

Dance Fitness Cardio: Works especially for beginners/individuals that are new to the workout scene. Therefore; the "Dance Away The Pounds" class are just 30 minutes per group class plus a ten minutes abs and 10 stretch. The class will be a party like atmosphere with great music that will keep you moving. Anyone one is welcome to join the class; have no worries if you have two left feet you will have lots of fun. As long you moving that's what matters. Within three weeks of my Dance Fitness Class you will notice a big difference; you won't feel as winded as you did in the beginning. I will teach you a technique that will elevate your breathing in no time.

Class begin with a warm up, 40 minutes dancing, 10 minutes cool down and a 5 minutes abs workout, 5 minutes stretch cool down.

In a Dance Class you will certainly burn calories, lose weight and or inches for better results changing your eating habit to a better lifestyle.  Keep in mind your are what you eat.  Due our different body type everyone result will certainly be different but it doesn't mean that you can not lose.  For best results I recommend starting with just two classes a week and work your way up by doing some extra form of a cardio either or such as: walking, bike riding, swimming, jump rope, sparring 15-30 minutes your choice, your pace at least twice a week while taking some type of cardio classes or weight training at a gym.

Please bring a bottle of water, a towel, your own personal exercise mat and comfortable workout gear.

In this Resistance band training class you will learn how to use a resistance band safely and effectively. Believe it or not you can actually tone up your entire body with a resistance band. You can also burn calories, lose weight and or inches. A resistance band can actually be your own personal gym on the go as you go; workout wherever you are. Always remember to add a better eating habit to your lifestyle an order to see better results, Keep in mind your are what you eat.

Meal Plan & Workout Routine

Meal plans $20
You will receive a few documents such as: a log sheet for your daily food intake, a weekly calendar meal dairy and a grocery list where you can pick anything of the items from the list itself. An eating schedule, tips on how to keep your metabolism going.  A weekly check in by phone or email 20 minutes time with each client on a time schedule.

Workout Routine $20
You will receive a few documents such as: a log sheet for your weekly workout, a weekly calendar to record your workout routine and progress for the week.  A weekly check in by phone or email 20 minutes time with each client on a time schedule.
