CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

All cancellations have to be called in the day before by 12 Midnight the latest.  You may cancel your session by calling or texting is A MUST; without any of the above is considered to be a NO SHOW than you lose a session.

You are ALLOWED ONLY 1 FREE pass of a no show. Emergencies do happen therefore; save your cancellation for real life events.  We work out to get results mentally & physically I take cancellation  very serious due to the fact I WANT TO SEE EACH OF MY CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS an order to that YOU NEED TO BE IN CLASS. On that note please kindly monitor your no show/cancellations.

If you decided NOT to show up for the remaining of your sessions; it means you have forfeited your sessions and you will NOT be REFUNDED INSTEAD you will have 3 months to come back and use your sessions.  There are NO exceptions and NO REFUND.  Your sessions can not be transferred to anyone else.  All purchase are final.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME AT ALL TIMES
If you’re running late, please do not walk through the class; kindly find a space in the back and catch up with the fun atmosphere.  BE SURE TO SIGN IN AT ALL TIMES!

MY AGREEMENT TO YOU

I will be in at least 15-30 minutes prior to class starts, so if you need to speak to me this will be the best time to do so.  Only because I prepare myself for the following class and I want to be able to give you my full attention.  PLEASE IT IS A MUST THAT YOU PROVIDE ME with the best way to contact you just in case class is cancelled I WILL BE SURE TO CONTACT EVERYONE THE NIGHT BEFORE BY 10PM WITH A CALL/VOICE MAIL WITH A TEXT.

UNDER BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS, I will be sure to call everyone the night before to confirm who will be able to make it in.  The latest time to expect a call from me will be before 10pm.  If you DO NOT hear from me PLEASE MAKE IT TO CLASS unless you can not make it in.
